Where is your office located?
I offer in-person and online meeting options. My office is located at:
83 S 2600 W, #201Hurricane, UT 84737
What are your hours?
I work Wednesday and Thursday late afternoon and Friday until 3 pm (MT).
How long are your sessions?
The sessions are 50 minutes.
What populations do you work with?
I work with couples at any relationship stage, including the beginning.
I also provide therapy for individuals 18 and over, particularly those dealing with trauma and similar situations.
How often do we meet?
The session frequency depends on the client’s needs. I recommend a weekly session at the beginning of a therapy program.
How do I set up an appointment?

What is a free initial phone consultation?
This is a 15-minute phone conversation. We will briefly get to know each other to determine if I am a good fit for you and if I can assist you.
Are you LGBTQ-friendly?
Yes, I am happy to work with all people.
Will you think I am strange when you hear about my history?
No! Everybody has a past. There are no judgments. I am happy when clients trust me enough to tell me how they think and feel.
Will this be confidential?
Yes. What we talk about is confidential. The only occasion to breach confidentiality is if a patient is planning to cause life-threatening harm to themselves or others.
Do you take notes?
Yes. Taking notes is a fantastic way to help clients. For safety purposes, I keep confidential notes on what we talk about on my computer.
What is the best type of pet?
This is an easy question! I have an older rescue dog who is content sleeping, eating, and taking a slow afternoon stroll.
