About Therapy

Couples and Individual Therapy

What do you want to feel…
trust, security, hope, connection?
You pick your adjective.  I want to help you get there.

Whether you are struggling in a relationship with someone else, unhappy in a relationship with yourself, or you are in a new relationship full of promise, we will work on where you want to be.

What to Expect:

Couples:

To better understand your challenges, we will meet together and also individually. We will target the issues causing those ‘groundhog day’ arguments, miscommunications, and pain. We will use specific techniques to build friendship and to find clarity.

Individuals:

Some challenges feel like small stones, and some feel like mountains. However your obstacles feel and look, I am here to support you. Using a variety of methods, we will collaborate to find healing strategies that fit your personality so you can take back your life-the one you want to have.

New Couples:

Working with me, you will learn specific communication techniques to prevent possible future issues from getting out of hand. We will discover any blind spots in your relationships. Lastly, we will focus on ways to keep your friendship strong so whatever the issue you face in the future, you can tackle it together.

About Tana Hall, MFT int, MEd

TanaHelping couples and individuals is my goal.

My professional experience consists of working with families as an educator and now as a therapist.

My educational background includes a master’s in education and a master’s in couples, marriage, and family therapy. I have also trained in the Gottman method, the Neurosequential Model, and various modalities.
